Prosecutors file charges for coronavirus fraud, probe price gouging

Prosecutors across the country this week opened up a two-pronged battle against coronavirus, filing the first criminal charges against people falsely claiming to have the deadly virus while also probing claims of price gouging on desperately needed supplies.

FISA temporary extension approved by Senate

The Senate on Monday agreed to pass a temporary extension of three expired national security tools so it could spend more time debating a broad overhaul of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
