Republican-led House committees have put together a document that lists all of the “mandates, rules and red tape” of President Obama’s health care law in one place.

The Web-based “Burden Tracker” is designed to enlighten readers on the regulations and reporting requirements that are rolling out ahead of 2014, when key provisions of “Obamacare” will take effect, according to GOP members of the committees on Ways and Means, Energy and Commerce, and Education and the Workforce.

The committees said the health care law will require employers, families and health care providers “to spend over 127 million hours per year on compliance.”

In a tongue-in-cheek news release, the committees said Mount Rushmore could be built 1,040 times over in the amount of time, Halley’s Comet could be spotted 191 times and 18 Empire State Buildings could be constructed in that time.

“Every hour and dollar spent complying with the Democrats’ health care law are time and resources being taken from spending time with family, growing a business and creating jobs, or caring for patients,” the committees said in the release.
