Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, fresh off a trip to Israel, Palestine and Jordan, is heading to South Carolina Monday to meet with business leaders, local press and the speaker of the state house.

He will also address Mallory Factor’s famous Monday meeting of conservatives.
