Practice at Redskin Park has been moved from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. and the Redskins have started the day by making three roster moves.

Out from the practice squad is QB Andre Woodson, who was signed after the preseason following his release by the New York Giants.

In on the active roster is QB Richard Bartel, who was on Jacksonville’s practice squad. It will be the first time this year the Redskins will carry three QBs on the 53.

In on the practice squad is FB Jonathan Evans, who was with the Redskins this offseason but was released on July 27, a few days before training camp.

The Bartel signing is an interesting move considering Jason Campbell and Todd Collins are supposedly not injured. (Campbell was grabbing his left rib cage late in the Dallas game after a thunderous hit from Bradie James).

Bartel, 26, was in Cleveland’s camp this summer and was 15-of-18 passing for 177 yards. He started his college career at SMU before transferring to Tarleton State.
