ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. | Comedian George Lopez, warming up the crowd at rally Saturday night for Sen. Barack Obama, made a personal plea for the electing the Democratic presidential nominee.
“I have a dream, too.,” Mr. Lopez said. “I have a dream that when we elect Sen. Barack Obama president of the United States, for one night he will invite me as a guest to the White House, allow me, George Lopez, a poor kid with no mother or father to go to the White House.

“All I want is to spend one night in the Lincoln bedroom, wake up in the morning and eat a chorizo burrito in bed,” he told the roaring crowd at the University of New Mexico. “I can’t get there without you. I need all your help. I can’t make that dream happen unless we elect Barack Obama president of the United States.”
