Eric Greitens case dropped

Missouri state prosecutors have dropped their criminal case against the Republican governor. Gov. Eric Greitens had been accused of invasion of privacy for taking a nude picture of the woman with whom he'd been having an affair.

Chuck Knox dies at 86

Chuck Knox, one of the few coaches to take three different NFL teams to the playoffs twice, died this weekend in hospice care. He was 86.

‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ canceled by Fox

The zany cop comedy "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" had to turn in its badge to Fox. The network announced Thursday that it was cancelling the show, which stars Andy Samberg and Andre Braugher, after five seasons, although the show apparently has a good shot at turning up elsewhere.

Mark Meadows wants GAO audit of Robert Mueller probe

The head of the main conservative caucus in the U.S. House wants to see special counsel Robert Mueller's books. In an interview that will air Sunday on C-SPAN, Rep. Mark Meadows, North Carolina Republican, said he will ask the Government Accountability Office to conduct an audit of Mr. Mueller's team.
