Jaelynn Willey brain dead

Jaelynn Willey, the teenager shot Tuesday at a Maryland high school, was declared brain dead Thursday evening by her mother.

China retaliates with tariffs on U.S. imports

The trade war is on. In a statement Friday, China's Commerce Ministry gave reporters in Beijing a list of the U.S. goods on which it would slap reciprocal tariffs unless Washington negotiates a settlement as soon as possible.

Spirit Airlines apologizes to Parkland survivor Kyle Kashuv for flight attendant gun control speech

A Florida school-shooting survivor who supports the Second Amendment was subjected by a flight attendant Thursday to a speech in favor of this weekend's gun-control march. Kyle Kashuv, who attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and has appeared on Fox News to support gun rights since, said the incident happened on a Spirit Airlines flight to Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
