CNN Anchor Wolf Blitzer asked a straight question, and he got a straight answer.
Reporting from Moore, Okla., which was decimated by a tornado Monday, he asked a woman named Rebecca if she had thanks to give for the outcome (she managed to escape her destroyed home with her 19-month-old son).

“Well, you’re blessed. Brian, your husband is blessed. Anders is blessed. … I guess you got to thank the Lord, right? Do you thank the Lord for that split-second decision?” Mr. Blitzer asked her.
“I-I-I’m,” she laughed. “I’m actually an atheist.”
“Oh, you are? All right,” Mr. Blitzer said, chuckling. “But you made the right call.”
“Yup — we are here,” she said, laughing. “And I don’t blame anybody for thanking the Lord.”
“Of course not,” Mr. Blitzer said.
